One address, and a person on the other end of it

No ticket portal, no chatbot loop, no tiered escalation. Support email goes to the same person who builds the app.

Expect a reply within two working days. It is a small operation, so weekends and festivals genuinely do slow things down — but nothing goes unanswered.

What to write about

Four things worth emailing about

All four go to the same address. Using the suggested subject line just gets it sorted faster.

Something is not working

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. If it involves a specific meal or workout, the date helps. Screenshots help more.

A scan got it badly wrong

These are genuinely useful to receive. Say what the dish was, what the app called it and roughly what the real portion was. This is how the food data gets better.

Email about this

You want something added

Requests are read by the person who writes the code, so describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than the feature you think would solve it.

Email about this

A privacy or data request

Access, correction, erasure or portability. You can already export and delete everything yourself from Profile, but if you would rather we handled it, write in.

Email about this
Before you write

Three things that are already self-service

  • Exporting your data. Profile → Export Data produces a CSV of everything you have logged, immediately. You do not need to ask.
  • Deleting your account. Profile → Delete Account. It removes your data; there is no waiting period and no retention email.
  • Checking today's AI allowance. Profile → Usage shows how much of the rolling window you have used and when it frees up.

Most other questions are answered on the FAQ. If yours is not, that is a gap worth telling us about.
